Sex Offender Probation
The Indiana Judicial Center has adopted recommended special probation conditions for adult individuals convicted of Sex Offenses as listed in Indiana Code 11-8-8-4.5 . These conditions incorporate the requirements of Indiana Code 35-38-2-2.2 for persons under probation supervision that meet the appropriate criteria.
